Anime Clubs are a popular after-school faire. In early 2021, Atla started running one with the city of Reykjavik (capital of Iceland), and quickly saw the real Scope of the club. 6 months and over 40 members in, the Anime Club has been an integral crossroad of art, social activities, and mental health services for marginalized youth. In this panel, Atla and co talk about the trials and tribulations of running such a club.
